Food Friday: Blueberry Crisp

This is an oldie but a goodie!

Blueberry Crisp

6 cups blueberries

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp flour

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients and pour into a large baking dish.

Topping:

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup sugar

6 Tbsp butter

Mix to make a loose dough.  Place evenly over the blueberry mixture.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cook for 1 hour.  Check it at 45 mins.  Should be lightly browned on top.

Enjoy with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
