How do you know which USCIS Service Center is processing my case?

How can I talk to a USCIS agent?

Can you choose USCIS service center?
No you cannot chose a Service Center. This privilege is reserved for USCIS.
What happens after USCIS case is approved?
After USCIS approves your petition, they will transfer your case to the Department of State’s National Visa Center (NVC) for pre-processing. The first step in this processing is the creation of your case in our system. Once this is complete, we will send you a Welcome Letter by e-mail or physical mail.
What does it mean when USCIS says we have taken an action on your case?
That your case has been approved but the status is not yet reflecting online on the USCIS website. Usually, it gets updated in about 1-5 days as shared by many Reddit users. The action on your case can be anything like Approval, RFE, Denial, Biometric appointment issued, etc.
